Refunds & Returns

Refunds for products are available at up to 100% of the purchase price providing the products and their packaging are returned:

  • in an unused, unopen, and in a resale condition; and
  • within 7 days (with shipping at the expense of the client).

Essential Minutes and its staff may reduce the amount refunded to a client if the product is damaged or in less than ‘as new’ condition upon return.

Used Items are not returnable and not refundable, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.

Essential Minutes First Aid does not refund shipping costs for change of mind returns or products ordered in error. If we’ve made a mistake or your product is faulty, we will absolutely cover the cost of return shipping or reshipment of the correct items.

Shipping Policy

We ship every weekday (Monday – Friday) via Australia Post.

If all items are in stock, your order should ship within 3 business days of placing the order.

All orders will be sent using standard postage unless otherwise requested by the customer.

From order payment, customers should expect to receive in-stock goods on average within 4-7 business days.

We will advise if there’s any delay or backorders as soon as possible.

Instructions in the comments of your order will be fulfilled to the best of our ability, however we are not a logistics provider, we simply engage third parties on your behalf.

Should you require a specific freight service, courier service or express postage, please advise in your order notes and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

If you request Express postage:

Express shipping is facilitated by Australia Post express Cut-off time for Express orders is 12pm (Melbourne Time). Express Orders placed after 12pm will dispatch next business day.

Note: We cannot guarantee Express next day deliveries, but all efforts are made to facilitate and prioritise Express orders.

Free shipping offer excludes Express and Courier services. Phone orders, purchase orders or orders placed via email will be subject to freight charges.

Privacy

Essential Minutes First Aid collects and stores all collected information in compliance to the Privacy Act 1988. Information recorded is used by internal staff for the sole purpose of fulfilling orders. Information we collect is not shared with a third party.

Financial information used by our shop PayPal Gateway is collected and recorded by PayPal. Our site does not receive your card or login details when you choose to use this gateway for payment.
